1937 CHRYSLER C-17 AIRFLOW. Although the Airflow had been offered in previous years with a number of body styles and wheelbases, the only true Airflow in 1937 was the Chrysler Series C-17. The car rode on a 128 inch wheelbase and was powered by a 130 horsepower, 323 cubic inch 8 cylinder engine, and a 3 speed manual transmission with automatic overdrive. Additional features included hydraulic brakes, hydraulic telescoping shock absorbers, and a hypoid rear axle. Cosmetic changes for 1937 included a more conventional V-shaped grille with horizontal hood louvers. ONLY 4,600 OF THE CARS WERE PRODUCED IN 1937!! This particular C-17 is an ALL ORIGINAL "SURVIVOR CAR". It has never been restored. It has the original paint, interior and it's RUST FREE! The car has been stored inside for decades!
